Returns Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, you can return the majority of new, unopened products for a complete refund. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (you received a damaged or inaccurate item, etc.), we will additionally cover the cost of return postage.

When you give your box to the return shipper, you should anticipate receiving your refund in four weeks, although in many circumstances, you will get your money back sooner. This time frame covers the following: the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days), and the transit time for us to get your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).

Solid bag, does exactly as advertised lol

Only issues I have is the Nyan gear logo appears to be a ridged sticker. I think I already lost a letter.
Side of bag has a weird scratch like mark which isn't the worst thing in the world I guess lol. Left a review on Instagram under @establishing_connection

Awesome backpack!

Took a little bit to receive it, but understandably so as I live in Australia, so far from the few days I've had it, the build quality of the bag it's self is great, doesn't feel flimsy or cheap, the led panel also is quite well made, bright lights, displays what I tell it to with no/minimal issues

Over all, 10/10 backpack! 0 regrets on purchase

I had to hunt in the website to see that it didn’t come with a battery after I got it, doesn’t say it needs a battery charger anywhere in the description or anything like that. I feel like the backpack should come with a cheaper battery for the price you pay

How do I customize the LED display?

Customizing the LED display on your Smart LED Backpack is simple and effortless! Here's how you do it:

  1. Download the App: Start by downloading the LOY space app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Connect Your Backpack: Plug in your power bank, the backpack will automatically turn on, navigate to the app and pair via bluetooth. Here is a setup video
  3. Create and Upload: Use the app to create custom animations, texts, or images. You can select from pre-made designs or create your own.
  4. Display Your Design: Once you're happy with your creation, upload it to the backpack through the app. Your custom design will immediately start displaying on the backpack's LED panel.

What is the battery life?

The Smart LED Backpack uses a power bank (not included) lasting 16-24 hours on a full charge

Average Battery Life: If you order a power bank from me, the battery life is between 24-30 hours

Battery Conservation Tips: The backpack can last up to 36 hours if LED intensity is low and power bank is fully charged.

Note: The power bank is not included, unless you add it to your cart.
