We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery on:

Leg Bags
Air Compressors
Tool Kits
To qualify:
Items must be unused and in like-new condition.
If there are visible signs of wear or damage, the return will be denied and the item will be shipped back to your original address.
Important:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, warranties, replacements, and refunds. This includes the cost of shipping the product back to Nyan Gear and, when applicable, the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For any approved refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refunded amount.
We do not offer exchanges between product versions. This means Version 1 backpacks cannot be exchanged for Version 2 backpacks under any circumstances.
After 14 days, returns are not accepted for any reason. This applies to backpacks, leg bags, air compressors, and tool kits.
6-Month Technical Warranty — Backpacks & Leg Bags Only
Backpacks and leg bags include 6 months of technical coverage, limited to electronic/LED issues only.

Covers:
LED screen issues
Lighting malfunctions
Internal electronic defects
If the LED panel or electronics fail within 6 months, we’ll replace the screen or backpack component at no cost. Refunds are not provided under the technical warranty.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to warranty claims or warranty replacements.
Leg Bags
Covers:
Any LED or electronic malfunction within 6 months.
After 14 days, leg bags are not eligible for returns, but technical replacements are still covered for 6 months.

Crash Replacement Program — 6 Months
If you are involved in a crash within 6 months of purchase, we’ve got your back.
We offer a replacement backpack or leg bag if you’re willing to help us create a short ad video for our social media.
How it works:
Send us details of the crash along with photos/video of the damage.
We’ll coordinate a simple video with you, which can be shot on your phone.
Once the video is completed and approved, we’ll send you a replacement product.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to crash replacement products.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a crash replacement, the product must be significantly damaged and no longer usable as intended. This includes situations such as:
Both zippers are broken or missing and the bag cannot be closed.
The LED screen has non-functioning pixels or major display failure.
Structural damage that prevents normal use of the backpack or leg bag.
Minor cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, small dents, or similar wear, does not qualify.
