Nyan Gear Ride + — Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy

  Welcome to Nyan Gear Ride + ("Ride +," the "Membership"). These terms govern your enrollment in, billing for, and cancellation of the Membership, and the warranty coverage that comes with it. By

  purchasing or enrolling in Ride +, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before joining.

  1. What Ride + Is

  Ride + is a paid, auto-renewing membership offered by Nyan Gear ("we," "us," "our"). It provides active members with a set of ongoing benefits in exchange for a recurring fee. Ride + is a subscription —

  it continues and bills automatically until you cancel in accordance with this policy.

  2. Membership Benefits

  

  While your Membership is active and in good standing (payments current), you receive:

  - Free express shipping on every order

  - 15% off every order

  - Continued warranty — coverage on your eligible Nyan Gear products for as long as your Membership stays active (subject to Section 6)

  - One (1) free power bank per year of active, paid membership

  - Early access to new product releases

  Benefits are available only while your Membership is active and paid. They end when your Membership is cancelled, lapses, or is suspended for non-payment. Benefits are personal to you, non-transferable,

  and have no cash value.

  3. Enrollment, Billing & Auto-Renewal

  

  - Recurring fee. Ride + bills $19.99 every 90 days to the payment method on file, automatically, until cancelled.

  - Auto-renewal. Your Membership renews automatically at the end of each 90-day term. By enrolling, you authorize us and our billing provider to charge your payment method the then-current fee at the

  start of each renewal term, without further action by you.

  - Renewal reminders. We send a reminder email before each renewal charge.

  - Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and/or suspend or cancel your benefits until payment succeeds.

  4. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation

  - You may cancel only after your first Membership payment has been processed. Your initial term is a commitment: your Membership remains active through your first 90-day term, and your first payment of

  $19.99 will be charged at the end of that term. Any cancellation request made before your first payment has been processed will not take effect until after that first payment is charged.

  - How to cancel. After your first payment, cancel anytime from Account → Manage Membership, or by emailing info@nyangear.com.

  - When it takes effect. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your Membership and benefits remain active through the end of the term you have already paid for; you will not be charged for any term

  after that.

  - Effect. When your current paid term ends after cancellation, all benefits — including continued warranty coverage, member pricing, and free shipping — end.

  5. No Refunds

  All Membership fees are non-refundable. This includes your initial payment and every renewal payment, whether or not you used any benefits during that term. Cancelling stops future charges but does not

  entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid. This applies except where a refund is required by applicable law.

  6. Warranty Coverage & 30-Day Waiting Period

  - Continued warranty. As an active member, your eligible Nyan Gear products are covered under the Ride + continued warranty for as long as your Membership stays active and paid.

  - 30-day waiting period. Warranty claims may not be submitted within the first one (1) month (30 days) of purchasing or enrolling in a Membership. Any claim submitted during that initial 30-day window

  is not eligible for coverage. This waiting period applies to each new enrollment.

  - Coverage terms. All claims are subject to our general warranty terms — including what is and isn't covered and any proof requirements (e.g., photos/video, or a police report for crash claims).

  Coverage exists only while your Membership is active; if it ends or lapses, warranty coverage ends with it.

  7. Changes to the Program, Benefits & Pricing

  We may modify Ride + at any time, including its benefits, fees, and terms. If we change the recurring fee or materially change benefits, we'll notify active members in advance (e.g., by email),

  effective on your next renewal. Continuing your Membership after the effective date means you accept the change; if you don't agree, you may cancel under Section 4.

  8. Payment Authorization

  By enrolling, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize recurring charges as described here until you cancel. You're responsible for keeping your payment details

  current.
